Customers may pay for goods purchased using PayPal. This option will be available during the checkout process.
Credit or debit card / PayPal
Oui Kiki uses PayPal as its payment processing partner for credit or debit card purchases. You will thus be able to pay for your goods either using your PayPal accounts and associated funds and/or cards and bank accounts associated with it (by clicking the yellow "PayPal" button during checkout), or simply by using your credit or debit card directly (by clicking the black "Credit or debit card" button during checkout).
The customer can place orders on this website, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The order for any of our items starts to be processed after receipt and confirmation of the respective payment. The customer must therefore send proof of transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the reference of his order.
Oui Kiki sends orders on business days, up to 3 days after confirmation and validation of payment terms.
It is the customer's responsibility, any error in the address provided, as well as the non-receipt or collection of the order.
The delivery of an order to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can lead to its return to Oui Kiki, causing additional costs for the customer. We recommend that you always check that the shipping address given when registering your order is correct and complete.
Orders returned on charge will not be accepted.
The delivery time for Mainland Portugal is from 2 to 5 working days, made via CTT.
Postage is free in mainland Portugal.
For orders in the Islands and other countries, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Despite the conditions listed above, scheduled delivery times will be followed except in cases where the address is incorrect or due to unavoidable conditions. If the delivery of your purchase is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us via e-mail.
There is a possibility that the delivery times may differ due to stock availability. After you finish your order and during the waiting period, we will warn you if there is any alteration to the predicted schedule.
If you want to exchange or return any of our items, you can contact us through the email Encom@ouikiki.pt, indicating the order number or from sending the purchase invoice.
Oui Kiki accepts the exchange or return of an item, as long as it does not show signs of use, keep the labels in their original condition, and be returned in perfect condition. To do this, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order at the address indicated by him.
Failure to verify any of the conditions will result in loss of the right to exchange or return.
In case of return and after receiving and checking the condition of the item, the amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer, within 10 working days.
If the origin of the return is a logistical error by Oui Kiki, it assumes the return charges, as well as the shipping costs of the correct merchandise.
Exchanges are made within 5 working days from the time of receipt of the article.
The transport expenses arising from exchange or return are borne by the customer.
